Ayten Mirzoyeva is Partner at Vasconi Architects International with the offices in Paris, Hong Kong , Azerbaijan and USA. Ayten  draws over twenty years of business experience with  multiple brands, relationship with international investors, politicians  and global enterprises to participate in international competitions large industrial projects such as healthcare, hospitality projects. Having worked with the world’s top luxury brands, Ayten possesses an in-depth understanding of what they need to succeed, enabling her to seamlessly work with International clients to ensure there is a demand for a particular brand connecting with investors and developers, and constructing a project that meets brand standards. 

Ayten is closely working with International Organizations  UNESCO, UNITED NATIONS , and very much involved in Philanthropy as one of the board members with SIMPHONIETTA New Manhattan and Turkish+ American Arts Society of New York  Ayten is actively involved with humanitarian projects, (YDA) Youth Diabetes Action that supports all children suffering from diabetes in Hong Kong. She is one of the sponsors for annual Ball in Hong Kong for raising funds and developing hospitals/ medical facilities for children

Ayten is involved with (UIA) United International Architects in Public Health Group which was founded in 1955 and represents members with an interest in the planning and design of health facilitates from all continents, 60 countries. Her group represents France and several other European countries. Ayten is involved with Andrea Bocelli Foundation ABF for promoting intervention in favor of health, education and social integration Ayten gives annual lectures at NYU university at Hospitality and Tourism Faculty Ayten was selected among 100 women in Business and hosted by Royal Family of England at Buckingham Palace Ayten is a life time ambassador for San Clemente Palace Kempinski in Venice Ayten is a partner of Healing Atmosphere with the world known artist Krista Kim where health care meets art.

Launching her career as  Diplomatic Relations at the Conrad Hilton International Istanbul, Ayten later moved to the Standard Investment Group , she received personal invitation by President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev to become the Vice President for the tourism sector, where she was in charge of forecasting markets where hotel and business investment would be profitable and consulting with overseas investors, where she closely worked with the ministry of tourism in Azerbaijan. Ayten held leadership roles as VP of Marketing with Melia Hotels International in New York City. She also held position of  VP for marketing  with the most iconic property in New York City,The Pierre Hotel, which was she transformed under the flagship of Taj Hotel and Palaces . Ayten opened up the largest transformational park in the field of sustainable design T- Park Hong Kong . The same year she inaugurated the cutting designed project - The Melia Hotel La Defence in Paris together with  Vasconi Architects .Currently , Ayten is completing another iconic building of New York city for International Hotel Chain NH Collection Madison Avenue in partnership with Minor International Group out of Bank Kong . At the same time her group is a winner of  Urban Design Competition for the master plan of Ganja City. Ayten received her Bachelor of Science in Management and International Economics at Texas A&M University and her postgraduate degree from the Oxford School of Management in Oxford, England. She is fluent in English, Russian, Azerbaijanian, Turkish and French.
